Iran has confirmed receipt of a new $490 mln trench from earlier frozen $4.9 bln assets, reports the Iranian Telegraph Agency.

The funds transferred to the account of the Central Bank of Iran in Oman from Japan represent the profit of Iran from oil delivery to this state.

It has been the fifth trench from $4.9 bln total sum, which unblocked on the base of acting intermediary agreement on the Iranian nuclear program, archieved between Teheran and "six powers" in Geneva on November 25 2013.
